Abstract
Thin films of metallomesotetraphenylporphyrins [M = Zn(II), Cu(II), Ni(LI)] were prepared by vacuum sublimation on substrates kept at room temperature . The effect of sorptuion-desorption of minor concentrations of NO2 (simila r to 1.5 Pa) on the surface electrical conductivity and electronic absorpti on spectra of the films at room and elevated temperatures was studied.
