Abstract
Macromolecular compounds derived from (methacryloyloxyethyl)trimethylammoni um salts [poly(methacryloyloxyethyl)trimethylammonium methyl sulfate, poly( methacryloyloxyethyl)trimethylammonium benzenesulfonate, and copolymer of ( methacryloyloxyethyl)trimethylammonium methyl sulfate with acrylamide] were studied as high-performance macromolecular flocculants in production of pr inting paper on high-speed paper-making machines.
