Abstract
A series of 1,3-diamino-2-propanol derivatives have been synthesized on sol id phase as potential aspartic acid protease inhibitors. The developed meth odology allows the incorporation of either an alkyl group or H at the R-2 s ite of hydroxyethylamine isostere. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All right s reserved.
