Abstract
From a total of 200 rabbit pronuclear stage zygotes microinjected with WAP- hPC gene (mouse whey acid protein promoter - human protein C) were obtained 21 liveborn descendants after transfer to recipients. The integration of t he WAP-hPC gene in the genome of born rabbits was determined in samples of DNA, isolated from tissue ol blood by PCR method. The integration was confi rmed in 2% (4/200), or in 19% (4/21) of F-0 rabbits, in 11% (5/46) of F-1 a nd in 31% (4/13) of F-2 generation using two primer sets.
