Abstract
A case of congenital agenesis of the right lobe of the liver detected in a patient with gastric cancer is reported. The diagnosis of this ra re anatomical variant was established by a combination of computed tom ography, abdominal angiography, and operative findings. The importance of accurately recognizing this condition is stressed, and the clinica l presentation, radiographic appearance, and differential diagnosis ar e also discussed.
