Av. Velichko et Nt. Cherpak, RESPONSE OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS TO ELECTROMAGNETIC-RADIATION - A REVIEW, Low temperature physics, 24(5), 1998, pp. 297-323
Nonequilibrium processes resulting from the interaction of high-temper
ature superconductors with electromagnetic radiation are considered fr
om microwave to optical range. Emphasis is laid on the dependence of s
urface or de resistance on external parameters (temperature, bias curr
ent, modulation frequency, magnetic field, radiation power, and freque
ncy), which is characteristic of every nonbolometric response mechanis
m considered by us. The most frequently used methods for monitoring th
e response of HTSC to electromagnetic radiation are described. (C) 199
