Abstract
The authors present a case of a mandibular neurilemmoma discovered on routine radiographic examination of an asymptomatic young woman. The l esion was surgically removed and there was no radiographic evidence of recurrence. A review of the literature is presented and the different ial diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of this benign neurogenic tumor are discussed.
