Abstract
This paper presents the results of dynamic rolling experiments examini ng the variations in rolling force, back tension and roll gap in respo nse to a sinusoidal dynamic component of various frequencies being sup erimposed on the roll gap or back tension. results are also presented to investigate the validity of the new dynamic model of the Comparison s between the experimental results and the corresponding simulation ro lling process presented in Part 1 of this paper.
