We study the process e(+)e(-) --> <(chi)over tilde>(0)(1)<(chi)over ti
lde>(0)(2) and the subsequent decay <(chi)over tilde>(0)(2) --> <(chi)
over tilde>(0)(1)l(+)l(-) with polarized beams, including the complete
spin correlations of <(chi)over tilde>(0)(2). We present numerical re
sults for the lepton energy and angular distributions, and for the dis
tribution of the opening angle between the leptons for root s = 500 Ge
V. The effects of spin correlations are important in the lepton angula
r distribution, especially for gaugino-like neutralinos. The opening a
ngle distribution is particularly suitable for distinguishing between
higgsino- and gaugino-like neutralinos. The polarized cross sections a
nd lepton angular distributions are very sensitive to the mixing of th
e neutralinos.
