Abstract
Very simple continuous level meter with capacitive transducer for cryo genic liquids (LO2, LN2 and LHe) is presented. The principle of the le vel meter operation is based on the phase-locked loop (PLL) technique of capacity measurements which results in a high linearity and good st ability of the level measurement.
