Abstract
A 63-year old female patient was admitted with a unclear abdominal ult rasound scan. Despite all our diagnostic examinations, the diagnosis - mucinous cystadenoma - was first established during surgery by intrao perative histological evaluation. We discuss the diagnostic possibilit ies and therapeutic approach.
