Abstract
In asymptomatic children with Kawasaki disease, left ventricular tradi tional markers of systolic and diastolic function are maintained. Howe ver, long-axis function, which represents the subendocardium, is abnor mal during stress, particularly in patients with versus without corona ry aneurysm.
