The effect of angular momentum on the prescission particle multilplici
ty in the reaction of 10.6MeV/u Kr-84(Al-27, binary Fission) is studie
d using generalized fission diffused model. The prescission particle m
ultilplicity and the scission time are found to increase with decreasi
ng angular momentum. Most of the prescission particle is emitted befor
e saddle. The consistency with the experimental particle multiplicity
is obtained when we average with weight over angular momentum contribu
tion to binary fission reaction. At the same time other factors which
influence the prescission multiplicity and scission time are also disc
ussed.
