Abstract
beta-D-Glcp-(1-->4)-D-Arap, beta-D-Glcp-(1-->4)-L-Fucp, and beta-D-Glc p-(1-->4)-D-Altp were synthesised using a partially purified cellobios e phophorylase from Cellvibrio gilvus. The disaccharides were purified , and analysed by H-1 and C-13 NMR. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.
