Abstract
Excitation spectra of RbC60, pressurized C-60 and RbC60, Na4C60 and Rb C70 fullerides are studied by Raman and inelastic neutron scattering, particularly in view of differences in the interfullerene bonding. Mod el calculations are performed for a detailed analysis. Changes in the dynamics connected with the different phase transitions for the inters ting system RbC60 are studied by temperature-dependent measurements. ( C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
