Abstract
We have studied the influence of Mn concentration on the chemical and magnetic order of the magnetic semiconductors Zn1-xMn2+xAs2 by neutron powder diffraction. In Zn0.6Mn2.4As2 the mixed bilayer is strongly en riched with Mn ions, and the antiferromagnetic structure is stabilized at a much larger temperature range than in the stoichiometric compoun d ZnMn2As2.
