Abstract
Larmor precession of neutrons due to dynamical diffraction effect thro ugh magnetic multilayer of permalloy45 (Fe55Ni45:(55) Angstrom)-titani um(Ti:54 Angstrom) 15 bilayers has been observed using a forward diffr action (transmission) neutron spin echo technique. The observed transm ission probabilities of up arrow and down arrow spin neutrons are well reproduced by a calculated up arrow and down arrow spin wave function s of neutron through one-dimensional periodic potential of rectangular type for each spin direction. The shift of Larmor precession oscillat es sinusoidally in the rocking curve of the transmitted beams around a magnetic Bragg condition, which is also well reproduced by the calcul ated phase difference of up arrow and down arrow spin neutron wave fun ctions based on one-dimensional Schrodinger equation.
