The one-loop decay N-->nu gamma is studied for a heavy neutrino N whos
e mass cannot be neglected during the loop calculation. The event rate
s for the resulting signal at the SSC are found to be experimentally a
ccessible if m(N) < M(W) so that N has only three-body decays at the t
ree level. The usefulness of such decays in identifying a heavy neutri
no is also discussed.
