Abstract
A scanning infrared FPA of 128X1 multiple quantum wells(MQW) was devel oped. Responsivity R-p=2.02 X 10(6)V/W was obtained with the cut-off w avelength lambda(c)=8.6 mu m. By the typical blackbody detectivity def inition, the detectivity is D-b =2.37X10(9) cm.Hz(1/2)/W. Finally, a distinguished remnant thermal image of a room-temperature body was obt ained.
