Abstract
We report a case of alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) of the thigh wit h lung metastases in a 22-year-old woman. The findings of digital subt raction angiography (DSA) and MRI contributed to the diagnosis of ASPS . Especially dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI was useful for evaluating t he effect of chemoembolotherapy.
