Abstract
QCM shouted that SiO2/poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) fi lm assembly could be achieved in 2 s for 45 nm silica nanoparticle mon olayers and 20 s for PDDA monolayers, with film integrity demonstrated by SEM and spectroscopic ellipsometry.
