Abstract
The hematologic malignancies rarely complicate pregnancy. Pregnancy is not thought to affect the course of either Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-Ho dgkin's lymphoma, or the leukemias. The prognosis worsens only if ther e is a delay in diagnosis or treatment. Both chemotherapy and radiothe rapy have been administered during pregnancy with favorable results.
