Abstract
The literature reports 12 cases of enterobiasis presenting as perianal abscess or granuloma. We describe an additional case of a perianal gr anuloma containing Enterobius vermicularis eggs in a 5-year-old boy. W e suggest routine parasite screening for all children presenting with this condition.
