Abstract
A patient with tenosynovial tuberculosis affecting the extensor tendon s of the wrist and hand is presented, This case highlights the clinica l and magnetic resonance features of tuberculous tenosynovitis, and se eks to increase awareness of what may represent a resurgent musculoske letal entity.
