Bh. Sa, REDUCTION OF STRANGENESS SUPPRESSION AND STRANGE ANTIBARYON PRODUCTION IN SULFUR-NUCLEUS COLLISIONS AT 200A GEV, Gaoneng wuli yu he wuli, 22(1), 1998, pp. 41-47
We use the event generator LUCIAE to analyse NA35 data of the (p) over
bar and <(Lambda)over bar> yields,the transverse mass distributions a
nd the ratio <(Lambda)over bar> (p) over bar in pp and central sulphur
-nucleus collisions at 200A GeV. The results seem to indicate that NA3
5 data might imply the reduction of strangeness suppression in ultrare
lativistic nucleus-nucleus collisions comparing to the nucleon-nucleon
collision at the same energy. However, the ratio <(Lambda)over bar>/(
p) over bar approaching to unity in AA collisions comparing to pp coll
ision does not necessarily mean quark flavor symmetry.
