Wd. Lin et al., NUMERICALLY SIMULATED INFRARED CHARACTERI STIC OF MARINE EXHAUST EDUCTOR SYSTEM, JOURNAL OF INFRARED AND MILLIMETER WAVES, 17(2), 1998, pp. 107-112
The kappa-epsilon two-equation model and wall function were adopted to
numerically simulate the turbulent flow and temperature field of the
infrared suppression device of marine exhaust system. After experiment
al tests, the self-simulation principle was used to develop the numeri
cal simulation method to physical device. The Hottel method was used t
o calculate the distribution of infrared radiation after the view-fact
or between viewpoint and device was established.
