Abstract
Surgical treatment of adenocarcinoma of the esophagus is of topical in terest because an increasing rate of incidence. The main purpose of th is study was to determine the surgical management of adenocarcinoma in Barrett's esophagus, non Barrett's adenocarcinoma, early adenocarcino ma, high-grade dysplasia in Barrett's esophagus and to precise whether multi modality therapy after a survival advantage.
