Abstract
The Bhopal Hospital Trust set up by the Union Carbide Corporation has shown little progress in implementing its planned projects. Not only a re there allegations of questionable spending by the trustees, but the Trust has been pulled up by the local labour office for employing chi ld labour on its hospital construction site.
