Abstract
This paper discusses various aspects of the use of optical methods of ecological monitoring of the state of an aqueous medium, including tho se for solving inverse problems of ecological monitoring. The requirem ents on the structure of a complex of hydrooptical apparatus for ecolo gical purposes are formulated, and the technical characteristics of an active complex are presented.
