Abstract
This paper describes a four-channel semiautomatic field reflectometer for monitoring the state of the environment, using the biological resp onses of plants to anthropogenic actions. The device determines the vi tality of plants and provides a primary biophysical interpretation of the physiological changes in plants in connection with natural and/or anthropogenic factors.
