Abstract
The diagnosis of blepharospasm is rarely considered in patients compla ining of face pain or headache. This patient illustrates the importanc e of looking for blepharospasm In patients who present with headache o r face pain, as her pain and blepharospasm were successfully treated w ith botulinum toxin type A injections.
