Abstract
The relatedness between the plasmids from Yersinia enterocolitica 0:4. 32 and 0.9 was examined. Plasmid 0:4.32 was found in many clinical iso lates of Y. enterocolitica and was related to pYV plasmid of Y. entero colitica 0:9. The homology between the plasmid and chromosomal DNAs of strains 0:4.32 and 0:9 was examined. The Ca2+-dependent expression of the OmpF and OmpC proteins is described.
