Abstract
Massive spectral sum rules are derived for Dirac operators of SU(N-c) gauge theories with N-f flavors. The universal microscopic massive spe ctral densities of random matrix theory, where known, are all consiste nt with these sum rules. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. AU rights rese rved.
