Abstract
Based on the basic concepts and techniques involved for automatic cont rol of continuous distillation columns for binary systems, a scheme is proposed for the control of distillation column for the ethanol-water system. Using the established norms for the control of mechanical vap or compression heat pumps, a control scheme is proposed for the heal p ump assisted distillation column for the ethanol-water system.
