Abstract
A 24 year old woman presented with a painless fusiform mass in her rig ht index finger. Exploration showed an enlargement of the nerve by fib rofatty tissue and microsurgical intraneural dissection was done. Hist ological examination identified the lesion as a lipofibromatous hamart oma of the nerve, which is both rare and benign. There are different o ptions for treatment of this lesion.
