Abstract
Incomplete gamma functions F-m, (x), originally defined and used in th e electronic structure theory, have been examined from the viewpoint o f electron-molecule scattering theory for their possible use in calcul ation of two-electron integrals in a mixed Gaussian and plane-wave bas is set, Effective calculation of F-m(z) functions with a complex argum ent is discussed.
