Abstract
An integrable CMOS square-rooting circuit based on a class AB configur ation is described. The circuit achieves a wide dynamic range and a wi de-band capability. The accuracy of the circuit is also high over the entire dynamic range. Simulation and experimental results demonstratin g the characteristic of the proposed circuit are also included.
