Abstract
We report the C-13 NMR chemical shifts of some active quinolones again st Plasmodium falciparum, namely 3-amino-9-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b]q uinolones and 2,4-diamino-10-phenylpyrimido[4,5-b]quinolones. They wer e characterized and assigned on the basis of C-13-H-1 (short and long- range) correlated spectre. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
