Abstract
The changes in the low-temperature photoconductivity spectra of CdS cr ystals under the action of external influences are investigated. The h igh sensitivity of the fine (excitonic) structure of the spectra to ch anges in the conditions for the recombination of nonequilibrium carrie rs neat the surface and in the bulk of the semiconductor is demonstrat ed.
