Abstract
We evaluated nine patients with external ophthalmoparesis and increase d intracranial pressure. The eye movements normalized when the intracr anial pressure was controlled. Investigations for an underlying cause of elevated cerebrospinal fluid pressure are warranted when ocular mot ility disorders are present.
