ROSACEOUS LYMPHEDEMA - A RARE VARIANT OF A COMMON DISORDER

Rosaceous lymphedema is considered to be a rare and disfiguring varian t of acne rosacea. Cases remain difficult to treat and can challenge a fflicted patients both cosmetically and psychologically. We describe a n unusual presentation of rosaceous lymphedema and review the differen tial diagnosis of persistent facial edema.
