Abstract
Immittance spectra of electronic ceramic systems having polarization p rocesses with widely separated time constants are simulated using mode l equivalent circuits involving resistive and capacitive elements. An equivalent circuit model representing the behaviour of electronic cera mics having a steeply rising low frequency branch in the complex imped ance plots has been presented. The impedance data of strontium titanat e-borosilicate glass-ceramic system have been analysed using this proc edure.
