Abstract
A patient with hepatic hernia was found to have echocardiographic find ings resembling a right atrial tumor. Magnetic resonance imaging was u seful in establishing a definitive diagnosis of hepatic hernia. Hepati c hernias should be ruled out when a right atrial tumor is suspected o n the basis of transthoracic echocardiographic findings.
