OPTIMIZATION OF THE CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTS FOR SUBSTANCE COMPOSITION AND PROPERTY CONTROL - CALIBRATION USING METHODS FOR THE APPROXIMATION OF FUNCTIONS
Am. Onishchenko, OPTIMIZATION OF THE CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTS FOR SUBSTANCE COMPOSITION AND PROPERTY CONTROL - CALIBRATION USING METHODS FOR THE APPROXIMATION OF FUNCTIONS, Journal of analytical chemistry, 53(6), 1998, pp. 506-512
Calibration using methods for the approximation of functions, ways of
upgrading the accuracy of calibration, and calibration of instruments
for process monitoring are considered. The approximation of functions
is considered using the minimax criterion and by the minimum of the su
m of squared deviations. Equations for the resulting calibration error
s are derived. The calibration of instruments for process monitoring i
s performed by the criterion of the maximum benefit of an enterprise.
