Abstract
The affirmative answer is given to the long standing question whether there exist nowhere dispersing ergodic billiards in dimensions greater than two. To do this we construct a class of n-dimensional domains, n greater than or equal to 3, generating ergodic billiards (that are al so Bernoulli systems). (C) Elsevier, Paris.
