Si. Shevchenko, SUPERFLUIDITY AND QUANTUM VORTICES IN SYSTEMS WITH PAIRING OF SPATIALLY SEPARATED ELECTRONS AND HOLES IN CROSSED MAGNETIC AND ELECTRIC-FIELDS, Physical review. B, Condensed matter, 57(23), 1998, pp. 14809-14812
The low-temperature behavior of two-dimensional systems with pairing s
patially separated electrons and holes is studied. We predict a transi
tion to a superfluid state of a dilute gas of electron-hole pairs in a
strong magnetic held normal to conducting layers. In the superfluid p
hase the crossed electric and magnetic fields are shown to create plan
ar vortices where the pairs rotate in the structure plane.
