Abstract
PD 108635 (1) was identified as a potent dopamine D-4 ligand and we wa nted to replace the benzylic alcohol with a metabolically more stable moiety. Investigations led to the discovery of a series of isoindolino nes having D-4 affinity. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights res erved.
