Abstract
We present a case of chronic subdural hematoma diagnosed in utero by u ltrasonography, and MRI at 31 weeks gestation. No cause of usual intra cranial hemorrhage was found. There was no trauma. The child was opera ted after induced vaginal delivery at 37 weeks gestation, with good re sults and normal neuropsychological development after one year. We dis cuss the symptomatology and the therapeutic attitude in such cases.
