We give a necessary and sufficient condition for a sequence {a(k)}(k)
in the unit ball of C-n to be interpolating for the class A(-infinity)
of holomorphic functions with polynomial growth. The condition, which
goes along the lines of the ones given by Berenstein and Li for some
weighted spaces of entire functions and by Amar for H-infinity functio
ns in the ball, is given in terms of the derivatives of m greater than
or equal to n functions F-1,..., F-m is an element of A(-infinity) va
nishing On {a(k)}(k).
