The neutron stars with fast rotation, ejectors, being companions of op
tical stars in the binary systems are considered in the paper. The dis
covery of PSR 1259-63 by Manchester et al. (1992) has confirmed the su
ggestion of such kind of neutron stars. An evolutionary status and ast
rophysical manifestations of such neutron stars are discussed. A numbe
r of radiopulsars paired with normal stars is estimated by statistical
methods, as well as parameters anticipated for these binary systems.
It is shown that most of them must have the value of eccentricity clos
e to unity. The radiopulsar PSR 1259-63 and the system SS 2883 give us
a unique possibility for probing plasma in the stellar wind of a norm
al star.
